O localizador usa acelerômetro, a bússola do dispositivo e os dados calculados para mostrar a posição do satélite no céu da posição do observador.

Ou seja, quando move o dispositivo para o céu mostra um triângulo vermelho na posição do satélite e uma linha pontilhada vermelha mostrando o passe visível.
