The free download of the Optijus Online Legal Database, which can be downloaded, promotes permanent, up-to-date and quick legislation for business, legal and administrative actors. It is a practical solution if you are not close to the machine and need immediate legal information.

Optijus contains up-to-date with the legislation published in the Hungarian Gazette and the other materials published there (currently back until 1988, soon back to 1946)-a total of more than 600,000 pages of legislation.

Entering as a guest, the following features are available:

• Using many parameters, we can look for Hungarian legislation. You can specify the issuer, type, or even the year of the law as a search criterion.

• We can also look for the content and address of the legislation on a text basis, a single word or longer expression.

• We have a separate function to search for the most commonly used legislation, using their known abbreviations.

• The Time Status Function is available to view the previous time states or even the content that is not yet in force.

• Related materials (court decisions, justifications) for the legislation can be easily viewed from the text of the law or regulation using an icon.

• The Optijus Nagy commentary module, the new Civil Code, is available under the commentary menu. Grand Commentary Module and Commentary on the Tax-TB Module.

• Using the Bulletin, you can sort the various legislation even according to the number of issues, whether it is the legislation published in the Hungarian Gazette or the 44 other documents published in the various sector gazette.
