Utilitaire de configuration d'attache. Does not give any special permissions.

This is a Simple Tether Configuration utility. It was created to circumvent a bug in the Samsung Galaxy W's software that prevented it from remembering tether configuration settings.

It uses your mobile data plan and uses the OS's tethering functionality; it's just another (simpler) way of performing the same operation.
