This is an English-Kinyarwanda translation app developed by SmartRwanda. It is implemented by the Rwandan Students Network (http://smartrwanda.org) to provide an automatic tool for full text translation from English to Kinyarwanda and from Kinyarwanda to English. The application provides an offline dictionary with suggestions for words and expressions, and a full-text translation (Beta) engine from SmartRwanda.org.
